In 1999, Ramzy obtained another Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, this time from the Lebanese American University.

Expanding their academic qualifications, Ramzy enrolled at the University of Strathclyde in 2009 to pursue an MBA degree with a focus on Strategy Management. Ramzy completed this program in 2011.

Furthermore, in May 2020, Ramzy obtained the Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) certification from Pegasystems, which further enhances their professional credentials.
