Rick Maltez

Rick Maltez is a seasoned leader in renewal sales and customer success with extensive experience in building and managing global teams. Currently serving as Senior Director of Renewal Sales for the Americas at Sprinklr, Rick previously held the role of Senior Director and Global Head of Renewals at Udemy, where organizational growth included expanding a renewals team from 5 to 21 members and managing over $300M in Global ARR. Prior to Udemy, Rick was Vice President of Global Renewals at Accruent, where strategic initiatives focused on retention and international expansion. Rick's earlier career included significant roles at IPC Systems, Inc., overseeing $1B in managed services and maintenance, and COMMVAULT SYSTEMS, where progress from renewals coordinator to Worldwide Contracts Manager was achieved. Rick obtained Bachelor of Arts in Puerto Rican and Hispanic Caribbean Studies and Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from Rutgers University.
