Surbhi Choraria has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

From 2021 until the present, they have worked as a Product Success Manager at Sprinklr. In this role, they have managed 19 customer accounts, focusing on driving customer satisfaction, improving renewal rates, and generating new business through upsell and cross-sell strategies. Surbhi excels at understanding customer needs and aligning them with specific use cases, product features, and value propositions. Surbhi also provides consultative support, training, business reviews, and configuration optimization to maximize business value for customers.

Prior to their current role, Surbhi worked at Odessa from 2017 to 2021. Surbhi started as an Associate Business Analyst and later became a Business Analyst before being promoted to Senior Business Analyst. During their time at Odessa, Surbhi successfully managed six customer accounts in the USA and Canada, receiving appreciation for their exceptional support and hard work. Surbhi is skilled in implementing and delivering changes in the Odessa platform, conducting cost-benefit analyses for customized solutions, managing the change process, and facilitating communication with stakeholders. Surbhi also coordinated user interviews and workshops to analyze requirements.

In 2016, Surbhi interned at SIDBI Venture Capital Ltd, where they were part of the Samridhi Fund team. Surbhi'smain responsibilities included assisting the investment team in investment appraisals for the social venture fund.

Surbhi'searlier experiences include working as the H.O.D of Marketing - YU Ambassador Program at YU Televentures Pvt. Ltd. for a few months in 2015 and a technical intern role at Rah Legal Knowledge Process Pvt Ltd from May 2015 to July 2015.

Surbhi Choraria completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from the years 2012 to 2017. Surbhi went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from NMIMS during the same time period. In 2021, Surbhi attended the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, where they completed an Integrated Program in Business Analytics focusing on Business Analytics.
