Suyun Park

Suyun Park has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2012 as a Research Associate at Credit Finance Associate. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the General Manager of WingChicx, a family business. In 2014, they joined Ericsson as a Regional Sales Administrator before transitioning to the role of Asia Pacific Channel Partner Support Specialist from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, Suyun became a Project Manager at Lab1 Tech Limited, and in 2019, they became an Account Manager/Project Manager at NRI (Nomura Research Institute). Currently, Suyun is the Lead Project Manager at Sprinklr as of 2021.

Suyun Park obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Ewha Womans University, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they have also obtained several certifications, including Sprinklr Modern Care Agent Pro and Sprinklr Modern Care Supervisor Pro from Sprinklr, which they obtained in April 2022. Suyun Park also completed the ITIL® 4 Foundation Certification Training Course from Simplilearn in September 2019.
