Sylvain Guerry ️

Sylvain Guerry has over a decade of experience in customer success and management consulting roles. Sylvain is currently serving as the VP and Head of Customer Success EMEA at Sprinklr since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Startup Advisor for customer success strategy at StartAndStayUp from 2011 onwards.

From 2019 to 2021, Sylvain held the position of VP and Head of Customer Success, EMEA North at SAP Customer Experience. In this role, they supported the team responsible for solution adoption, business value realization, contract renewal, and business expansion in western and northern Europe. Sylvain was also in charge of integrating various SaaS solutions for commerce, marketing, sales, and customer relationship management.

Sylvain began their career at Accenture as a Management Consultant from 2007 to 2011.
