Tommy Hearne

Tommy Hearne started their work experience in 2012 as a Researcher at the GeoData Institute at the University of Southampton, where they focused on interdisciplinary research projects and consultancy services related to data and information acquisition. Tommy worked there until 2014.

In 2016, Tommy joined Apple as a Specialist, assisting customers in the purchase process and providing personalized customer service. Tommy also had responsibilities in visual merchandising. Tommy stayed with Apple until 2017.

From 2017 to 2018, Tommy worked at PatSnap as a Sales Development Representative, consulting prospects and clients on patent analytics software. Tommy then transitioned to the role of Content Producer, creating and publishing educational video content for their online learning platform. Tommy worked at PatSnap until 2020.

In 2020, Tommy worked as a Freelance Editor before joining Sprinklr in 2021. At Sprinklr, they initially worked as a Content Developer, focusing on creating high-quality video tutorials and other educational materials. Tommy conducted needs assessments to identify performance and knowledge gaps and built learning journeys tailored to customers' needs.
