Vikranth Sajjan

Vikranth Sajjan has primarily worked at two companies throughout their career. Vikranth started at EXL Service in 2010 as a Software Engineer - Testing. In this role, they gained experience in various types of testing for web-based and client/server applications in domains such as finance, accounts, shipping, and analytics. Vikranth provided production support for these applications as well. Vikranth worked at EXL Service until January 2013.

In 2013, Vikranth joined Sprinklr as a Software Engineer Testing. Vikranth gradually progressed within the company, holding positions such as Senior Software Development Engineer in Test from April 2015 to March 2018, Lead Software Development Engineer in Test from April 2018 to November 2020, and Quality Assurance Manager from November 2020 to January 2022. Currently, they are working as the Senior Manager of Quality Assurance at Sprinklr, a position they have held since December 2021.

Throughout their career, Vikranth has gained expertise in quality assurance, functional testing, database testing, installation testing, regression testing, UAT, and end-to-end testing. Vikranth has focused on testing web-based applications and client/server applications in a variety of domains. Vikranth's experience also includes providing production support for applications.

Vikranth Sajjan completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2008.

In terms of additional certifications, Vikranth obtained various certifications from different institutions. In 2023, they obtained certifications in "Cybersecurity Foundations: Security Architecture," "How to Set Goals When Everything Feels Like a Priority" by Dorie Clark!," and "Managing Your Time" from LinkedIn. In 2023, they also obtained the "AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA-C02) Cert Prep: 9 Services and Design Scenarios" certification.

During 2022, Vikranth obtained certifications such as "Automating your API tests with REST Assured," "Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 1 Cloud Concepts," "Java: Automated API Testing with REST Assured," "Learning Jenkins (2018)," "Microservices Foundations," "Continuous Integration with Jenkins," "Elasticsearch Essential Training," "Java Programming," "Selenium Essential Training," "UX Foundations: Accessibility," and "Performance Testing Foundations" by Dave Westerveld!

In 2022, they also obtained a certification in "Recruitment" from Sprinklr.
