Philip Herland

Philip Herland has a rich work experience in various roles and industries. Philip started their career in 2008 as a Summer Intern at Finansavisen. In 2009, they worked as a Summer Intern at Xtended Office Pte. Ltd. Philip then returned to Finansavisen in 2010 for another Summer Internship. From 2011 to 2012, Philip interned at Sprint Consulting AS. Since joining Sprint Consulting in 2012, Philip has held multiple roles including Analyst, Management Consultant, Manager, and their current position as Director. Philip has extensive experience in project management, operational leadership, business development, strategy development and execution. Philip has worked on projects in industries such as energy retail, banking & insurance, public sector, and property and real estate. Philip also has experience in value creation through digitalization and technology implementation.

Philip Herland began their education in 2004 at Befalsskolen for Sjøforsvaret, where they studied UBSHV. Philip continued their educational journey at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2006 to 2011, earning a Master of Science in Financial Economics. In 2009, Philip attended the National University of Singapore for a brief period to study Technopreneurship. Additionally, they participated in an exchange program at the University of California, Berkeley in 2011, focusing on Sociology.
