Madi Smith

Madi Smith, MPH, currently serves as the Senior Customer Success Manager at Sprinter Health since September 2023. Previously, Madi held various roles at Unite Us from February 2021 to August 2023, including Associate Director of Customer & Community Success and Senior Customer Success Manager. Madi's extensive experience in operations includes positions as Operations Director for the Milagros Foundation and Cherokee Gives Back, where responsibilities included managing financial processes and providing strategic support. Additionally, Madi was a Program Coordinator at the Hubert-Yeargan Center for Global Health at Duke University, as well as a Recruitment Coordinator at Duke University Medical Center. Early career experiences include roles at Nourish International, Young Life College, and United Way of the Greater Triangle. Madi holds a Master's degree in Public Health (Leadership) from UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Duke University, and a BA with a double major in Spanish and Global Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
