Neha Chak

Neha Chak has over 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and People Development. Neha started their career in 2012 with an internship at HPCL. In 2013, they joined Artech Information Systems as a Sr.Executive - Staffing, where they were responsible for end-to-end IT Recruitment, Contract Staffing, sourcing candidates, screening and short-listing suitable profiles, interviewing candidates, coordinating with clients and scheduling interviews. In 2016, they joined GlobalLogic as a Sr.Associate - People Development and in 2018 they joined Magic Software Inc. as a Consultant. In 2021, they were hired by Innovaccer as a Talent Acquisition and in 2022 they joined Sprinto HQ as Talent Acquisition Lead.

Neha Chak completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management at Amity University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their B.Com in Commerce from Avadh Girls Degree College between 2008 and 2011. Neha Chak's educational journey began at Bal Bharati Public School, where they completed their High school and Intermediate in Commerce between 2003 and 2008.
