Haitham Mohsen

Haitham Mohsen is an accomplished Learning Operations Director at Sprints since July 2019, where responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for learning operations that align with organizational goals. Currently serving as a Startup Mentor at Cultiv LLC, Haitham supports startups by mentoring founders and guiding them through business modeling and customer experience processes. Previously, as Training Manager at AMIT Learning, Haitham built a team of trainers and ensured compliance with ISO 9001 standards. In earlier roles, Haitham managed branch operations at the American Academy and contributed as a Senior Account Advisor and Co-trainer at Raya Contact Center. Haitham holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Cairo University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
