Michael Beniamin

Michael Beniamin, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Compliance Manager at Sprott since January 2023, previously holding the role of Compliance Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Compliance Officer in Asset Management at CIBC from June 2021 to January 2023, and progressing through various roles at CIBC Asset Management, including Senior Analyst in Business Controls and Governance & Controls, along with a position as Senior Sales Associate. Michael is also the Founder and Managing Director of Vocalize, a marketing agency that achieved notable success, including a campaign for Unilever that reached 36,000 people in Egypt. Earlier in the career, Michael worked at InterContinental Hotels Group as Assistant Director of Marketing & PR, leading a team and managing significant marketing budgets. Education includes an ongoing Master of Laws in Securities Law from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, and two MBAs with a focus on Marketing and Financial Services from Schulich School of Business and Maastricht School of Management, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from The American University in Cairo.
