Felipe Pós Duarte

Felipe Pós Duarte has extensive work experience in customer experience management and analysis roles. Felipe is currently working as a Customer Experience Manager at SproutFi (YC S21) since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Vrio Corp. as a Customer Experience Specialist for Directv GO from January 2020 to June 2022.

Felipe also worked at Veduca as a Customer Experience Manager from April 2019 to August 2019. Before that, they held the position of Customer Experience Supervisor at the same company from May 2017 to April 2019.

In addition, Felipe has experience as a Content Team Manager at Glassdoor Brasil in February 2017. Felipe also worked at Nubank, where they held the positions of Sr. Customer Experience Analyst from August 2015 to December 2016, and Customer Experience Analyst from May 2015 to August 2015.

In 2021, they received certifications for Aviation English Level 3 for Civil Aviation Professional Course from The International Civil Aviation Organization and Curso De Introdução Ao Sistema De Investigação E Prevenção De Acidentes Aeronáuticos (CI-SIPAER) from Centro de Investigação e Prevenção de Acidentes Aeronáuticos (CENIPA). Lastly, in 2020, Felipe completed Introdução ao Universal Safety Oversight Audit Programme - USOAP CMA da OACI from ANAC - Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil.
