Jac Ross

Jac Ross has extensive experience in the food retail industry, with a focus on private brands and product development. Jac currently holds the position of Vice President Our Brands at Sprouts Farmers Market, where they started in May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at 7-Eleven as the Vice President of Fresh Infrastructure from January 2020 to May 2021. Before that, they held multiple roles at Retail Business Services from January 2018 to January 2020, including Vice President of Innovation - Private Brands. Earlier in their career, they served as the Snr. Director of Product Development, Innovation & Integrity Own Brands at Ahold from January 2015 to December 2017. Jac also worked at Sainsbury's as the Head of Product Development and Technology - Grocery from August 2011 to November 2014. Jac Ross began their career at UNIQ Prepared Foods as the Innovation and NPD Manager from February 2003 to August 2005.

Jac Ross attended the University of Reading from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a BSc degree in Food Technology.
