Caitlin Fischetti

Caitlin Fischetti serves as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer at Sprout Social, Inc. since June 2023, following a diverse career in sales and operations management. Prior to Sprout Social, Caitlin held the position of Senior Director of Growth Sales at SurveyMonkey from September 2020 to May 2023, where involvement as an Executive Sponsor for the Neurotopia Employee Resource Group was significant, focusing on diversity and inclusion for neurodiverse employees and their allies. Additional experience includes roles as Chief of Staff to the CRO at Lucid, Director of Sales Strategy & Operations, and Director of Sales Engineering & Alliances at SurveyMonkey, alongside earlier positions at Qualtrics and RUKM Consulting. Caitlin earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Brigham Young University.
