Connie is a seasoned data professional currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at Sprout Social, Inc. since September 2025, while also contributing as an Advisory Committee Member for Data Science programs at the College of Emerging and Collaborative Studies since November 2024. Previously, Connie held the role of Senior Data Science Engineer at Coalition, Inc., focusing on data engineering, executive analysis, and causal inference to support the company's growth and IPO readiness. At Atlassian, from September 2018 to February 2024, Connie advanced through various positions, including Senior Data Scientist for Enterprise, where strategic insights for Enterprise customers were generated, and Analytics Business Partner for Operations, responsible for KPIs and staffing recommendations. Connie's experience also includes roles in strategic insights at Uber, management consulting at Deloitte Canada, and internships in financial analysis at Herschel Supply Company and adidas Group.
