Jaeme Dela Cruz

Jaeme Dela Cruz - Casupanan currently serves as Team Lead and Senior Customer Success Manager in Onboarding at Sprout Social, Inc., with a focus on enhancing customer success strategies since October 2021. Previous roles include Financial Wealth Planner at FWD Insurance and Merchant Onboarding Specialist at Uber, where Jaeme successfully managed onboarding processes for merchants and developed tools for productivity and account management. An educator by training, Jaeme has experience as a Secondary Education Teacher in English and a College Instructor at Cavite State University, gaining a strong foundation in curriculum design and student engagement. Jaeme holds a Bachelor of Secondary Education majoring in English from Cavite State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in English Language Education at Philippine Normal University.
