Lindsay Goodman

Lindsay Goodman is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as Manager of Key Accounts Customer Success at Sprout Social, Inc. since September 2014, with prior roles including Principal Customer Success Manager and Sr. Relationship Manager. Before joining Sprout Social, Lindsay held the position of Director of Account Management at Shoutlet from March 2010 to June 2014 and previously worked as an Account Manager at the same company. Earlier experience includes an Account Executive role at Roundhouse Marketing and an Account Director position at News America Marketing, where Lindsay specialized in promotional programs for key consumer packaged goods clients. Lindsay holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from The Ohio State University, obtained in 2005.
