Melissa Jordan

Melissa "MJ" Jordan currently serves as the VP of Field and Channel Marketing at Sprout Social, Inc., where teams include Field Marketing, ABM & Executive Programs, Channel Marketing, and International Marketing since November 2022. Previously, at Pendo.io, Jordan was Senior Director of Customer Marketing, leading Lifecycle Marketing, Integrated Customer Marketing, and Freemium/Product Led Growth Marketing teams, and earlier served as Director of Customer Marketing, focusing on customer expansion strategy. Additional experience includes various roles at Zendesk, SAS, and Red Hat, where responsibilities spanned campaign strategy, integrated marketing, and partnership management. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from North Carolina State University.
