Sebastian Ellios is an experienced manager in customer success with a proven track record in overseeing teams and managing extensive customer portfolios. At Sprout Social, Inc., since September 2022, Sebastian has led a team of seven Customer Success Managers, managing approximately 850 customers with an annual contract value of $18.2 million. Previous roles included managing the customer success department at Feathr and assuming leadership positions in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Sebastian holds a Master's of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, African-American Studies, and English from the University of Florida.
