Danielle Caldwell has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Danielle began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Brigham and Women's Hospital, where they gained experience in recruitment and benefits management. Danielle then worked at International Data Group as a Human Resources Representative, providing HR services to smaller divisions within the company. Danielle joined Network World as a Senior Human Resources Representative, supporting client groups with a range of HR services and assisting with the development of HR policies and training programs. Danielle later moved to Banta Integrated Media as an HR Manager, building the HR department and managing employee relations issues. Danielle then joined Caldwell Electric, a small family-owned business, where they served as HR and Controller, implementing technological solutions to improve record keeping and financial processes. Danielle further enhanced their HR expertise at Middlesex Glass, Modern Auto Glass Co., and Auto Body Clinic, where they served as an HR Manager and provided strategic HR guidance on recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and legal compliance. Currently, Danielle is working as an HR Director at Spruce Environmental Technologies, Inc. Danielle Caldwell completed their Master's Degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services from Lesley University, which they attended from 1994 to 2000. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General at Boston College, where they studied from 1988 to 1992.
