Mohd Sohail has been in the recruitment industry since 2016. Mohd started their career as an IT Recruiter at O2 Technologies, Inc. In 2021, they joined Spruce InfoTech, Inc where they currently hold two roles - Technical Recruiter and Sr Bench Sales Recruiter / IT Recruiter.

Mohd Sohail obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University between 2015 and 2018.
