Melanie Adams has over 15 years of work experience in roles such as Director of Operations at Spruce Technology, Director of Revenue Operations at Juniper by IMC, and Program Manager at Uber. Melanie has expertise in streamlining operations, improving efficiencies, and implementing new business tools and processes. Their experience includes managing cross-functional teams, optimizing communication, and enhancing customer data.

Melanie Adams attended Central College from 2005 to 2006. Melanie then transferred to the University of Northern Iowa, where they earned a BA in Marketing from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance at an unspecified time.
