Pamela Ocasio

Pamela Ocasio has extensive experience in the audiovisual and technology industries, currently serving as the Director of Special Projects & Infrastructure at Spruce Technology, Inc. since January 2018. Prior to this role, Pamela held multiple leadership positions including Director of Sales and Service at Revoluton AV, VP of Service & Sales - The Americas at Pixel Projects AV, and Director of Service & Solutions at Videosonic Systems, Inc. Additionally, Pamela worked as a Service & Solutions Account Manager and Service Manager at RTS Unified Communications, where responsibilities included managing UC service agreements and coordinating service teams. Early career experiences include a sales role at ACE Audiovisual, where proper inventory control methodologies were developed. Pamela's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Entrepreneurship from Hofstra University and a Bachelor's degree in English from Nassau Community College, further supplemented by training from infocom IQ.
