Tim Deering

Tim Deering has over 40 years of work experience, starting with their role as an Operations Specialist Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy from 1979 to 2003. Tim then worked as a Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman from 2003 to 2005. Tim served as the Battle Lab Manager and Lead Ops Planner at Novonics Corporation from 2005 to 2012, where they established the Fleet Battle Lab and managed various technical aspects of training systems. Following this, they were a Technical Integrator at Sayres and Associates, Corp from 2012 to 2018, where they managed multinational Fleet Synthetic Training events and provided subject matter expertise for C4I systems. Tim served as a Senior Systems Engineer at Strategic Operational Solutions in 2018, where they were involved in project management and the integration of server virtualization. Tim then worked as a Systems Engineer IV at AUSGAR Technologies INC from 2019 to 2019, providing test and evaluation support for the U.S. Navy evaluation of the Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS). Tim was a Senior C4I Engineering Consultant at Titanium Cobra Solutions from 2019 to 2020, supporting shipboard C4I SOTs and participating in various meetings and discussions related to PMW 750 efforts. Tim served as a Senior Technical Integrator at SOLUTE from 2020 to 2020. Currently, Tim is a Senior IT Manager at Cornerstone/Salient CRGT since November 2020, and has recently started a role as a Senior Project Manager at Spry Methods, Inc. in April 2022.

Tim Deering completed their Master's Degree in Organizational Management at Wayland Baptist University in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Phoenix.
