Lena Kravchenko

Lena Kravchenko has extensive experience as a Technical Writer, starting in 2006 with roles at QArea as a Sales Manager, Translator, and Interpreter, and subsequently at NIX Solutions Ltd. as a QA Engineer. Lena then worked at ZFort Group as a Contact Manager and Translator before joining Ciklum as a Technical Writer, where they focused on translating, editing, and improving project documentation. Lena Kravchenko moved on to Spryker where they held the positions of Technical Writer and later Lead Technical Writer. In these roles, they were responsible for creating various types of documentation, managing a team of writers, and overseeing the documentation portal.

Lena Kravchenko has a Master's degree in Project Management from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute," which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. During the same period, they also pursued a Master's degree in Translator in/from two languages (English, German) from the Kharkov Military Academy of Interior Forces. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Translation and Interpreting (English and German languages) from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" from 2003 to 2007.
