Tetiana Bratash

Tetiana Bratash is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture for UA&EE at Spryker Systems since February 2022. Prior to this role, Tetiana held positions such as HRBP and Regional HR Manager at Httpool from January 2021 to January 2022, and Head of HR at Magento, an Adobe Company, from April 2017 to February 2019. Additionally, Tetiana worked as a Human Resources Consultant at eBay from April 2013 to March 2017 and served as HR Manager at Magento from July 2011 to April 2013. Tetiana's career began as an HR Manager at Metinvest SMC from January 2010 to March 2011. Tetiana holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from the Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy and a Professional Coach certification from Erickson Coaching International.
