Maureen Tubbs

Maureen Tubbs is a seasoned professional in learning, development, and organizational growth, currently serving as a Sr. Learning & Development Consultant at SPS Commerce since October 2022. With extensive experience as a Sr. Trainer, Certified Coach, and Client Strategy Director at Dale Carnegie of North Dakota & Minnesota since April 2012, Maureen is dedicated to fostering culture, innovation, and strategic change within organizations. Previously, Maureen held leadership roles at the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal, focusing on audience development and marketing from 1994 to 2012. Additionally, Maureen performed as a coach and performer at Stevie Ray's Improv Company and worked as a Marketing Director for Corporate Report and Ventures Magazines. Maureen holds a B.A. in English from the University of Iowa.
