Nikki Stephens

Nikki Stephens has cultivated an extensive career in development and customer success, currently serving as Vice President of Development at SPS Commerce since October 2013, where the focus is on optimizing supply chain operations for retail partners through innovative cloud technology. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director and Director of Customer Success at SPS Commerce, and positions at SUPERVALU, Predictix, and Accenture as Client Account Lead and IT Project Manager, respectively. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of North Dakota, earned between 1995 and 2000.
