Samantha Gillson

Samantha Gillson possesses extensive experience in financial reporting and technical accounting, currently serving as the Director of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting at SPS Commerce since September 2025. Prior roles include Director of Financial Reporting at Agiliti from February 2022 to September 2025, and Manager of Financial Accounting Advisory Services at EY from June 2017 to February 2022. Earlier in the career, positions at PwC included Core Assurance Senior Associate and Core Assurance Associate from September 2013 to May 2017, as well as an Assurance Core Intern in summer 2012. Initial experience in the field started with an Audit Internship at UHY Advisors in summer 2011. An academic background in accounting was achieved at the University of Notre Dame, where a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) was obtained from 2009 to 2013, complemented by service as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant in various accounting and information technology courses.
