Swapna Mohapatra

Swapna Mohapatra, CSM, currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at SPS Commerce, focusing on end-to-end Oracle implementation since August 2025. With extensive experience in program management, Swapna has held senior roles at RSM, Restaurant Technologies, Sunrise Banks, Fingerhut, Securian Financial, and Sleep Number Corporation, all from April 2022 onward. Prior program management positions were held at Medtronic, Agiliti, and U.S. Bank. Swapna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Supply Chain and Information Systems from Penn State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at the University of Minnesota.
