Caitlin Hawkins

Caitlin Hawkins is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities compliance. Currently serving as General Counsel at SPS PoolCare and as an Operating Partner at Storr Group since March 2022, Hawkins previously held prominent roles at Hennessy Advisors, Inc. and Hennessy Funds, where responsibilities included Corporate Secretary, Associate General Counsel, and Vice President of Legal. Earlier experience includes five years as an Associate Attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Hawkins earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Boston College.
