Mubashir Naeem

Mubashir Naeem is a seasoned IT professional with a Master's degree in Information Technology from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Arid Agriculture University. Currently serving as a Senior Cloud Engineer and formerly as a Cloud Support Engineer at Software Productivity Strategists, Inc. (SPS) since March 2020, Mubashir has extensive experience in IT and Cloud Services, initially supporting operations in the Pakistan office and later managing remote helpdesk and systems administration in the US office. Additionally, Mubashir has contributed as an IT Support Engineer at Total Vision from May 2021 to May 2024, supporting a project acquired by SPS, and gained foundational skills during an internship at PTCL, where knowledge in MCSE, Exchange, and data center implementation was developed.
