Crystal Difrancesca

Crystal DiFrancesca is an experienced professional in people operations and customer support, currently serving as the Director of People Operations and Support at Spur since June 2018. Prior to this role, Crystal held the position of Director of Customer Support at Appleton Learning from March 2016 to June 2018, and spent over a decade at DIRECTV, where responsibilities included managing teams and enhancing performance as a Customer Care Team Manager, Team Lead, and Customer Service Representative. Crystal's career began as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Qualitest Pharmaceutical and as a Master Photographer at PCA International. Academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University-Global Campus, and an Associate degree in General Studies from John C. Calhoun State Community College.
