Anita C Roberts is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in technology, publishing, and investment. Currently serving as Founding Partner of mvmt ventures, Anita focuses on developing accessible first technologies aimed at enhancing the lives of billions. As Managing Partner at Silicon Hills Capital, Anita invests in women and African American founders, addressing the venture capital gap. Additionally, Anita holds roles as Publisher/CEO of AMC Publishing, LLC, and Editor In Chief/Publisher of the Austin Black Business Journal & Community News Magazine, promoting luxury lifestyle and community engagement. With a background as President of Made Media Group, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering multicultural communities through media, and a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army, Anita brings a wealth of expertise in public relations, organizational development, and strategic communications.
