Neil Wakefield

Neil Wakefield is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in technical services and production engineering. Currently serving as a Technical Services Engineer at SPX Cooling Technologies, Inc., since September 2019, Wakefield previously contributed as an NPI Production Engineer at Micro Spring & Presswork Ltd. and as a CAE Engineer at Superform, where responsibilities included tool design and productivity improvements. Additional roles include leadership positions at Jaguar Land Rover and Mercedes F1, as well as project and production engineering at Superform Aluminium and design technician duties at Southco, Inc. Wakefield started a career as an apprentice toolmaker at Britax Vega, developing skills in tool manufacturing and design throughout various positions at Koito Europe/Britax. Educated at Worcester College, Wakefield holds an HNC in Mechanical Engineering.
