Nicky Reese has over 25 years of experience in corporate governance and legal support, currently serving as Manager, Corporate Governance and Subsidiaries at SPX Technologies since August 2006. Prior roles include Senior Corporate Paralegal at SPX Technologies, and corporate paralegal positions at Fried Frank, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, and DLA Piper.
