Prior to this role, Michel founded TERN Creative in 2018, a boutique agency focused on helping niche outdoor brands differentiate themselves in competitive markets. Michel's experience also includes serving as the Marketing & Content Director at BD Outdoors, where a successful multi-channel content strategy was developed, and holding the position of Trade Marketing Manager at Dr. Bronner's, focusing on trade marketing logistics and the launch of an affiliate program. As Brand Manager at Nixon from 2003 to 2018, Michel directed brand strategy during significant growth and acquisition phases. Educational achievements include a Master's in Digital Marketing & Data Analytics from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
