Kristin Palmason

Kristin Palmason has an extensive and diverse work experience. Kristin'smost recent role is as a Commercial Counsel at SpyCloud, where they have been working since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Consultant, specializing in Regulatory Compliance and Commercial Agreements, also starting in 2022.

Before their consultancy work, Kristin served as a Law Clerk at the NASA Langley Research Center from 2019 to 2021, gaining experience in the Office of the Chief Counsel. Kristin also worked as an Election Law Graduate Research Fellow at William & Mary Law School from 2018 to 2021.

Kristin has international experience as well. In 2019, they interned at International IDEA, focusing on legal matters related to MyConstitution.

Kristin'searlier roles include Vice President of Compliance and Data & Compliance Manager at Capalino+Company from 2014 to 2018. Kristin also worked as a Senior Coordinator in Grants and Contracts Management (Contract Position) at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in 2014.

Kristin started their career as an Executive Assistant in Strategic Communications at FTI Consulting from 2012 to 2013.

Kristin Palmason's education history includes multiple degrees and certifications. Kristin obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from William & Mary Law School in 2021. Prior to that, Kristin pursued a Post-Baccalaureate Course of Study in Astronomy and Mathematics at Columbia University. Kristin also earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a specialization in Clinical Social Work from New York University. Kristin's undergraduate studies were completed at Willamette University, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology.

In addition to their academic achievements, Kristin Palmason obtained the certification of "Admitted to Practice" from the D.C. Bar in December 2021.
