Praveen Chandolia

Praveen Chandolia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Praveen started their career as an Audit & Taxation Analyst at GMR & Co, Chartered Accountants, where they provided assurance and tax advisory services to domestic clients. During their time there, they gained experience in finalizing accounts, preparing financial statements, and cash flow statements for various industries.

Afterwards, Praveen joined XSEED Education as an Audit Analyst, where they worked on revenue reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and TDS compliance. Praveen also reviewed service tax returns during their time there.

Praveen then moved on to Cashify, where they held roles as a Senior Executive - Finance and an AM - Finance & Accounts. At Cashify, they assisted in the successful closure of funding rounds and prepared necessary documents for condition precedents and condition subsequent. Praveen also contributed to financial and legal due diligence.

Following their time at Cashify, Praveen joined Spinny as a Manager - Finance & Accounts and later transitioned to the role of Assistant Manager Finance Account. Praveen played a key role in the finance team's successful closure of a funding round and implemented processes to enhance financial operations. Praveen also oversaw the review of accounts payable & receivable, general ledger, and reconciliation of vendors/customers.

Most recently, Praveen is working at 1K Kirana Bazaar as a Senior Finance Manager. In this role, they are responsible for managing the finance functions of the organization.

Praveen Chandolia's education history consists of various professional programs and degrees. In 2011 to 2014, Praveen pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) specializing in Accounting and Finance from Delhi University.

Besides, Praveen is a finalist in the professional-level ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) program, which they have been attending since 2022. They have completed 9 out of the 13 required papers in the ACCA curriculum.
