Eshita Goel, MBA

Eshita Goel, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Eshita currently serves as the Founder of BirdCode, a bird identification application that utilizes machine learning technology. In this role, Eshita has developed an app that helps birdwatchers identify different bird species accurately.

Prior to their entrepreneurial venture, Eshita worked as a Corporate Accountant at Spytec GPS, starting in 2019. During their time there, they handled various accounting responsibilities.

In 2018, Eshita held the position of Sr Accountant at YouNow, Inc., where they managed full-cycle accounts payable and receivable processes for the portfolio accounting department. Eshita also implemented new processes for monthly expense reporting and introduced new applications to improve expense tracking and reimbursement.

In 2017, Eshita worked as a Finance & Accounting Analyst at JETZY. Eshita also gained experience as a Graduate Assistant at Fordham University from 2016 to 2017.

Eshita's earlier roles include Accounting Assistant at ClassWish.org and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance at VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) in 2016.

Throughout their career, Eshita has demonstrated a strong background in finance and accounting, utilizing their skills to optimize processes, ensure compliance, and contribute to the financial success of the organizations they have worked with.

Eshita Goel, MBA received a Master of Science (MS) degree in Accounting & Taxation from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, which they completed from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Import transactions from Avalara University in June 2020.
