Jarlath Doherty has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Jarlath is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Collibra, where they lead the People, Workplace, and IT teams to create exceptional employee experiences and support global organizational growth and scalability. Collibra is a platform that enables easy access to organizational data for informed business decision-making. Prior to this, Jarlath was a Board Member at Accountantonline.ie.

Previously, Jarlath worked at LinkedIn as the Global Talent Operations & Technology Leader from 2014 to 2016. Jarlath was responsible for overseeing talent operations and technology initiatives on a global scale. Before that, they held the position of VP, Global Talent Operations at Yahoo! from 2008 to 2014. In this role, they managed global talent operations strategies for the company.

Jarlath's career also includes a managerial position at Deloitte as a Manager in Human Capital Management from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant in HR & Payroll for various organizations from 2003 to 2005. Jarlath'searly career began at Glue: Ltd where they worked as a Business Analyst from 2000 to 2003.

Jarlath Doherty attended Ulster University from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, with a focus on Tourism and Travel Services Management. Following this, from 1998 to 2000, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computing and Information Systems at Ulster University.
