Kevin S. Loughnane

Kevin S. Loughnane has extensive experience in leadership and oversight roles within the maintenance and construction industry. Kevin S. currently serves as the Director of Buildings & Aviation at SQN Associates, LLC. Prior to that, Kevin S. held various titles at the Chicago Transit Authority, including Vice President of Infrastructure Maintenance and General Manager of Construction and System Maintenance. Loughnane has managed budgets, employees, and special projects throughout their career. Kevin S. holds a Masters in Business Administration from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice/Pre from Lewis University.
