Stan Jaslar has worked in the technology and communications field for over 30 years. From 1988-1990, they were an Electronic Engineer at Chronar Corporation, where they designed, coded, and maintained computer aided testing systems and experimental procedures for photovoltaic panels. From 1990-present, they have been employed at SQN Banking Systems, where they have held the roles of Chief Technology Officer, Director of Product Development & Technical Services, Manager of Product Development, and Software Engineer. As Chief Technology Officer, they planned and oversaw the design, implementation, and maintenance of communications and information technology systems and processes, while also supervising the Information Systems department and serving as project manager for key initiatives. As Director of Product Development & Technical Services, they managed and developed improved organizational structure and processes in support of current and future product development, while providing leadership, training, mentoring, and motivation to development & technical services staff. As Manager of Product Development, they oversaw the development of all new software products, while supervising up to ten programmers and providing pre-sales support for presentations and functional requirements documents. As Software Engineer, they designed, coded, and installed Client Server imaging software for the banking industry, which controlled the capture, compression, storage, retrieval, and display of images.

Stan Jaslar attended La Salle University from 1997-2002, where they earned a degree in MIS. Stan also attended The College of New Jersey from 1984-1988, where they earned a degree in EE in the field of Engineering.
