Omkar Ghag

Omkar Ghag is a Software Development Engineer (SDE) at Squadcast since January 2024 and previously served as a Founding Engineer at Quriate from July 2021 to June 2023. At Quriate, Omkar played a key role in planning, building, and scaling an adaptive online assessment platform, utilizing a test-driven development approach and focusing on best coding practices. Omkar contributed to both the client side using React and the server side with FastAPI, while also collaborating with the team to address problems and debug issues. Omkar is currently pursuing a dual degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech + M.Tech) at IIT Bhubaneswar, expected to graduate in 2024.
