Renuka R. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to the present. Renuka began their career as a Trainee at Powergrid Corporation of India Ltd in 2012. Renuka then interned at Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd in 2013 and held the role of Secretary at School Of Electrical & Electronics Engineering in the same year. In 2014, Renuka R. was an Intern at NTPC and an Associate Sales Lead at Freshworks. From 2018 to 2019, Renuka R. was a Sales Consultant. In 2019, they held three roles at Squadcast; Head of Sales and Success, Business Development Manager, and Product Advocate. Currently, Renuka R. is a Member at Pavilion since 2021.

Renuka R. has a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy, which they obtained in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a High School degree from Amity International School, New Delhi in 2010.
