Main Responsibilities as Talent Operation Manager
1- Make an Introduction for client about the TA phase and they will be the main contact person in this phase
2- Front CVs & follow up CVs either accepted rejected
3- Arrange the interview with short listed Talents with Clients
4- Take Interview feedback from client
5- Raise the Offer if Talent Accepted
6- Onboard The Talent about the regulations with HR Team
7- Arrange the first working day event with client & Talent
