Hilary Hanners

Hilary Hanners has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition fields since 2012. Starting with an Operations Manager role at J.Crew in 2012, they then moved to a Store Manager role at Saltzman's Watches in 2014. In 2015, they began working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy. In 2018, they joined SquadLocker, where they held roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Generalist II, and Human Resources Director. That same year, they also began working as a Manager of Talent/Culture at (add)ventures.

Hilary Hanners is currently enrolled in a SHRM Prep Course at Bryant University, which is expected to be completed in 2022. Hilary previously obtained a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Rhode Island in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Rhode Island in 2012.
