Team Lead - Healthcare

Overview: Team lead will be responsible for team management of customer service representatives and driving operational excellence.

Roles and Responsibility

• Team Management & Supervision: Oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to policies.
• Performance Monitoring & Feedback: Track team performance against key metrics, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to improve results.
• Quality Assurance & Problem Resolution: Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality standards are met and handle escalated issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operational Efficiency: Analyze processes to optimize call handling times, manage call queues, and implement best practices for improved service.
• Communication & Motivation: Act as the link between the team and management, communicate updates, and foster a positive work environment to boost morale.

Requirement

• Any bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year of work experience in the healthcare sector, with a focus on team management
