Akshay Arora

Akshay Arora has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as a Delivery Manager at SquadStack. In this role, they managed a team of Operations Analysts and Supply Associates, conducted weekly 1<>1s, and was responsible for hiring Analysts and Interns. Akshay also worked with clients from various industries and ensured that key metrics were being achieved according to the SLAs.

Prior to their position as Delivery Manager, Akshay served as a Senior Business Operations Analyst at SquadStack from January 2021 to June 2021. In this role, they played a crucial role in operations, customer service/success, and data analysis. Akshay created lead reach out campaigns and strategies to increase conversions at the bottom of the sales funnel. Akshay also worked with over 10 clients/pilots and ensured the success metrics of their campaigns were being achieved.

Before joining SquadStack, Akshay worked at Eckovation in 2019 as an Inside Sales Associate. Akshay also had a role as a Quality Assurance Specialist at SquadStack from August 2019 to April 2020.

Akshay Arora attended Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida from 2015 to 2019. Akshay pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science during this time.
